Sheriff's Rodeo Vendors

Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the San Bernardino County Sheriffʼs Benefit P.R.C.A. Rodeo, which will be held on September 16, 17 and 18, 2017, at 2555 Glen Helen Parkway in San Bernardino, California.

We expect more than 22,000 Southern Californians during the three-day rodeo and they will pass through the exhibition area as they attend or participate in the scheduled events.

Booth space within the exhibition area is limited and will be contracted on a “first-paid, first-reserved” basis. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booth. Discount pricing may be available for multiple booth purchases. The rental fee balance must be paid by August 31st, 2017. When paid in full, your companyʼs name/logo and website link will be added to our rodeo website for the entire year, at no additional cost!

Use the links to download the Food Vendor Application or Merchandise Vendor Application to reserve your booth. Please return the signed original application along with your check or money order made payable to the SHERIFFʼS BENEFIT RODEO.
